Booking requests

Submitting the form on this website is a request for a booking, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed once we have spoken to you and agreed a time. Choosing a preferred day indicates when suits you; it does not reserve that day.

Quotes and work carried out

Any indication of work or cost given before we have inspected the vehicle is an estimate only. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after inspection, and no work is carried out beyond what you have approved.

Availability

RM Steering & Suspension reserves the right to decline, reschedule or cancel a booking request, and to change services, pricing and availability at any time without notice.

Website content

Information on this site, including service descriptions and photographs of previous work, is provided as a general guide. Photographs show work we have carried out and are not a representation of the outcome in any particular case. We make no warranty that the content is complete or current.

Warranties and your rights

Warranty on parts and workmanship, where it applies, is confirmed with you at the time of the job. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies. Last reviewed August 2026.
